Ingredients

    Water, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chia Seed 2 Tsp
    Raspberries, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Spinach, fresh, .25 cup
    Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
    Lemon, fresh squeezed, 2 Tbsp.

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
