1/2 c. (8 tblsp) Organic Smart Balance Whipped Buttery Spread (or 1 stick of unsalted butter)
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 egg (or 3 Tbls Egg Beaters)
½ tsp kosher salt
1¼ cup all-purpose flour
4 Tbls Unsalted ALL NATURAL Peanut Butter
Tips
To add a special touch, instead of pushing down with thumb on each dough ball, push a Hershey's kiss in the middle and bake accordingly.

Ingredients
1/2 c. (8 tblsp) Organic Smart Balance Whipped Buttery Spread
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 Tbls Egg Beaters (or 1 egg)
½ tsp kosher salt
1¼ cup all-purpose flour
4 Tbls Unsalted ALL NATURAL Peanut Butter (ingredients:Peanuts)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Mix together buttery spread and sugar until thoroughly combined.
Add vanilla and Egg beaters (egg), and beat until combined.
Add salt and peanut butter, then gradually add flour mixing it all together until it's all blended together smoothly.
Form 15 dough balls and place on a cookie sheet about 2-3 inches apart. Using your thumb, slightly flatten each ball. Use a fork to make a criss cross on each cookie.
Sprinkle coarse salt on top of each, if desired.
Bake at 350ºF for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are just set.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the cookie sheet.
Serving Size: Makes 15 Large cookies
