    1 cup PLAIN, lOW FAT, NO SUGAR, NO FRUIT Yogurt
    1/4 CUP unsweetened Applesauce
    1 tsp Brown Sugar
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon


This is a breakfast meal, serve with 1 slice whole wheat toast with 1 tsp butter/margarine, tea or coffee and glass of warm water with Lemon juice.


Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
