    0.75 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic
    4 (6 oz) steelhead trout, skinned and boned
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 400
Boil vinegar, maple syrup, mustard and garlic in a sauce pan. Reduce heat and simmer 12+ minutes until thickened.
Place Steelhead on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Drizzle both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cook 10 minutes
Drizzle glaze over fish and serve.
