Introduction

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins- high protein/low carb/gluten free Peanut Butter Banana Muffins- high protein/low carb/gluten free
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 medium mashed banana (browner the better)
    1 7 oz container of 2% Fage Greek yogurt
    2 scoops Vanilla Whey protein(I used GNC Gold Standard))
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp cayenne pepper (trust me)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
    2 Tbsp coconut flour

    (optional 1-2 packet of stevia for a little more sweetness)

Directions

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes

trying to come up with easy treats without preservatives that support my workout and weight maintenance goals. This was my first shot, and I think they are pretty good! :)
