Introduction

An old recipe handed down to me from my mother. Just add chicken, corn and egg noodles with a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Great for cold weather days! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6.0 dash Pepper, black
    6.0 dash Salt
    280.0 Grams Chicken Thigh
    1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    6.0 oz Egg Noodles (half of a 12 oz bag)

Directions

Cook chicken in crock pot or boil in water until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside to cool. Add chicken stock from crock pot and corn to stove pot and continue to cook on low. When chicken is cool enough to handle remove meat from bone. Add chicken meat back into your pot. Add noodles. Cook until noodles are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
