Introduction

Cabbage, Potato, Carrots & Onion Cabbage, Potato, Carrots & Onion

Ingredients

    1 head cabbage chopped
    1 onion cut in to large chunks
    1 lb bag baby carrots
    5 medium potatoes peeled and cut in large chunks
    enough water to cover all veggies
    rosemary & thyme about a Tablespoon each

Tips

I add crushed red pepper to my bowl because I like a kick, the kids like Parmesan cheese on theirs.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a large pot and heat on medium until thoroughly heated, then turn it to low and allow to cook anywhere from 3-6 hours. Taste and add more seasonings if needed about 30 mins before serving
