Tips

The "heat" of this recipe can be adjusted to taste by adding more or less chili powder or even a little hot sauce. The longer this sits the better it gets so bring on the leftovers.

Directions

Saute diced onion in oil till soft. Add ground beef, sprinkle with garlic and onion powder. Brown til no pink shows and is cook through, breaking up pieces with a spoon. Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and all the beans. Add chili powder to taste and cumin. Simmer at least 1 hour to combine all the flavors.
