    6 oz pouch pink salmon
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    10 Ritz reduced fat crackers
    2 eggs


Mix salmon, onion, eggs, and cheese in a bowl until well combined. Crush crackers finely and add to mixture until meat easily forms patties. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Fry each patty on both sides until golden brown.
