These are a delicious and sweet snack for a little fill me up and a quick pick me up. An 8 oz. cup of original almond milk is a great match for this easy make ahead snack. Ingredients

1 cup - old fashioned oats (I used Giant Eagle brand)
1 Tbsp. - ground Chia seeds
1Tbsp. - ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp. - cinnamon
2 Tbsp. - Designer Whey Protein powder (found @
Walmart) (=1/2 provided scoop)
1 Tbsp. - honey
2 Tbsp. - Natural smooth peanut butter (I used Nature's
Basket from Giant Eagle)
1 Tbsp. - unsweetened natural applesauce (14.17 g.)
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl. form into 12 one inch balls and enjoy now and put the rest in the fridge :)
