    *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 24 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Orange Peel, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Lemon Peel, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    White flouor, 1/4 cup
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)


Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla gradually, beating after each addition.
In separate bowl, combine ricotta, flour, orange & lemon peels. Add to egg mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 70 mins.
