    24oz Bay Scallops
    4 Tbs of Butter
    4 Gloves Garlic Cloves
    1 C Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    2 oz fresh grated Romano Cheese


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add 4 cloves of garlic (chopped) to the bottom of a shallow small casserole dish. Use a pastry brush to spread all over the bottom of casserole dish.
Place all scallops into dish (on top of butter & garlic)
In a small bowl cut 2 tbs of butter into the bread crumbs and Romano cheese.
Top the scallops with breading mixture.

Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes
