    Red Wine Vinegar, 0.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 0.5 cup
Cucumber (with peel), 2 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Garlic, 3 clove
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Tomato juice, with salt added, 2 cup
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice

Puree the vegetables and bread in small batches in a blender or food processor, adding the tomato juice gradually to keep the blades from clogging. Do not puree completely, the gazpacha should retain some of the crunch.

Stir a pinch of cayenne, salt and pepper to taste, olive oil and vinegar. Cover and chill for at least four hours. When ready to serve, taste and correct the seasoning, and ladle into chilled soup bowls.

Serves 6-8.
