Introduction

Ingredients

    Meatballs:
    1 lb hamburger
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c. quick oats
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp onion, minced
    1/4 c milk
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    Shape into meatballs and bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

Directions

Mix together meatball ingredients. Shape into meatballs; I use small cookie scoop to measure out meatballs.
Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. At this point add them to sauce or continue cooking for another 10 minutes or so, turning once.



Serving Size: 36 1-inch meatballs--6 meatballs is one serving
