Introduction

Full of protein, calcium and fiber to fill you up and quench the sweet tooth! Full of protein, calcium and fiber to fill you up and quench the sweet tooth!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup-- Almond Milk Unsweetened Regular
    1/2 of a medium banana
    1 scoop-- Body Fortress Chocolate PB Whey Protein Powder
    1 tsp Fiber Smart Clear Fiber powder
    4-6 ice cubes

Directions

Mix ingredients (except ice) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and pulse; leaving ice cube chunks throughout for a true "shake" taste and texture.
