Introduction

Ingredients

    1 scoop Body Fortress protein powder (30g protein/scoop)
    1/4 cup almond meal
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 T dutch cocoa powder
    6 packets of Splenda (or Truvia)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
    1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
    2 Tbsp water
    2 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips


Tips

DO NOT overcook, or else it will be beyond dry!

Can have 2 large servings or 3 medium sized servings. I calculated it as 2 servings.


Directions

In a small bowl, mix together protein powder, almond meal, baking powder, egg, natural peanut butter, and water until well blended. Pour this into a 3-cup microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle the chocolate chips across the top. (or, you can stir them in if you want)

Cook for about 1 minute 30 secs to 1 minute 45 seconds-- depending on your microwave, so watch closely. Top should look slightly moist when done.
