    16 oz fat free cream cheese
    8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    5 chocolate chocolate chipl tastykakes sugar free
    4 oz lite apple sauce
    1 cup powdered peanut butter (PB2)
    4 4oz pepared no sugar added chocolate pudding jello snack cups
    cannola oil spray
    3/4 to 1 cup granulated splenda according to taste
    5 extra large strawberries, 4 sliced, 1 whole


heat oven to 350. Spray a pie plate with the cannola oil lightly. crumb the tatykakes in blender or food processor, add the apple sauce, and press the mixture into the 8 inch pie plate. bake for 12 minutes, remove and set aside to cool.
Place the cream cheeses, splenda and powdered peanut butter in foood processor and blend until smooth. Add to cooled pie crust.
Place the chocolate pudding in a ring around the outer pie, make a circle of sliced strawberriesnext and fill the rest of the center of the pie with the rest of the cocolate pudding. Add a whole strawberry in the center. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Could decorate with sliced bananas, or another fruit.
