Introduction

Best side dish substitute when you are not having potatoes or rice. Best side dish substitute when you are not having potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

    1 cup butternut squash
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Boil the squash until done. Drain well. Put back in pan and add butter and brown sugar. Mash with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes 3- 1/3 cup servings
