    2 cups non fat cottage cheese
    1 cup Fat free Ricotta cheese
    3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
    2 egg whites
    4 tablespoons parsley
    dash pepper

    8 oz manicotti shells, 15 pieces
    1 Cup water


Easy to prepare ahead.


Preheat Oven to 450 degree F
Combine filling ingredients and stuff into uncooked manicotti shells using a small butter knife. Fill the bottom of a 9X12" casserole dish with 2 cups tomato sauce (Paul Newman's Own - Marinara Sauce). Arrange stuffed manicotti shells in single layer over sauce, side by side. Cover shells with remaining 3 cups sauce and pour 1 cup water over the sauce.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes.
