    100-150gr Salmon Filet (skinless)
    1 Tomato in slices
    1 Dried Onion in slices
    Fresh Lemon


1. Lay the layered onions on top of a piece of parchment paper.
2. season both sides of the skinless salmon filet with salt, pepper, parsley or rosemary
3. place salmon filet on top of the layered onion and top up with the sliced tomato and 1 slice of lemon.
4. season with some granulated garlic and rosemary/basil
5. fold and secure the parchment paper so as to form a pouch and place in preheated oven (at 180 oC) for almost 30-35 minutes.
