    Diced tomatoes with Basil, garlic & oregano 14.5 oz
    Tomato paste 6 oz
    ground turkey 97% fat free 6 oz
    Italian Seasoning 2 tsp
    water 1/4 cup
    spaghetti squash, cooked 3 cup
    parmesan cheese 1/4 cup


quantity of turkey is a guess as I had some left over and just threw it in.


Brown the turkey. Add everything else except the squash and heat through. Lay the squash on the plate put the sauce on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: 3 2 cup servings (1 cup squash & 1 cup sauce)
