Ingredients

60 gr. Strawberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
60 gr. Red Raspberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
20 gr. Cranberries, ground in processor
    1 pkt. Stevia
    1 T Ground Flax Seed
    .5 C Oatmeal
.5 C Almond Milk, unsweetened original

Tips

Cranberries are whole, rinsed, processed fine then frozen. I just break off a chunk and drop in the mix.
Storing in the refrigerator keeps mixture fresh, allows the oatmeal to absorb the fluids and allows everything to be evenly sweetened. Nuts do not get 'soggy'.
I use an iced tea spoon to eat it right out of the jar.

I also sub chopped Almonds, or peaches, cinnamon & nutmeg. Blackberries for Raspberries, etc...
You are only limited by your imagination!
I use old fashioned Oats as I prefer them.
If you prefer hot Oats, pour into a bowl and microwave,
or in a pan on the stove. I cannot recommend cooking
times as I like this recipe eaten cold.

Directions

Chop berries and place in bottom of jar.
Add Stevia, Flax, Walnuts, Oatmeal, Almond milk, in that
order. This helps to sweeten the berries and makes it
easier to mix. Place lid on tight and shake.
Place in refrigerator.
