Number of Servings: 8


    Medium head of cabbage chopped
    1 lb of chicken cut into 1 inch chunks
    Carrots, chopped
    Bell peppers, chopped
    1 clove of garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp of sesame oil (olive oil will work)
    Cooked pasta, I use vermicelli
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, about 3 tbsps


While pasta is cooking, Heat the sesame oil in a pan with the garlic and 1 tbsp of the soy sauce. Put in the chicken and cut until done. Put the chicken aside. Put the cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers in the pan with the rest of the soy sauce until the veggies start to wilt and soften. Put into a large bowl. Add the cooked pasta and chicken. Toss until well blended. Serve in approximate 1 cup servings. Makes about 8 or so. Feel free to add some more spices if you like.

  • Very delicious. I made it vegetarian style and added in zucchini, diced tomatoes, onion, mushrooms and spinach. I also added fresh green onion at the end, which really finished it off nicely! - 5/31/08
