Ingredients

    1 pound Jennie-O 99% fat free ground turkey
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 medium green bell pepper
    1/2 medium red bell pepper
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp Garlic powder
    pepper and Mrs Dash to taste

Directions

1) Prehat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended.

2) Place mixture in small loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until meatloaf reaches internal temperature of 170 degrees.

Serve with mashed potatos and corn for a nice well rounded meal.
