Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1.5 cup yellow corn meal
    1.5 tsp salt
    2 tbsp. butter
    1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese

Directions

Place water, corn meal and salt in large bowl and whisk together andf cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Whisk thouroughly and cook for another 4 minutes and whisk. Cook for another 3 minutes and whisk. Cook for another 4 mintute and then put in butter and parmesan and whisk again. Should be pretty stiff by now. If not cook for another 3-5 mintutes. Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving. Great with a chicken italian tomato sauce over it. 6 servings.
