    Ingredients:

    Spaghetti Squash, 1 med
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (or mixed peppers)
    *Mushroom - White/raw, 0.5 cup
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Moose Meat, 16 oz (sub ex. lean ground beef)
    *Mozerella Cheese, part skim, 0.5 cup
    *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large




Tips

Cook till firm to the touch and slightly blackened around edges.


Directions

Cook squash in oven in 1/4" water (400F for 25 min).
Cook and drain ground meat. Add 1 Tbs itallian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Add veggies (diced) and cook throughly.
Stir in cooked spaghetti squash strands.
Add can of tomato paste.
Put mixture in baking dish. Add eggs and stir around.
Put pinapple pieces on top.
Bake in casserole dish (400F 35 min).
Top with cheese when serving.
