A variation of an old Weight Watchers' recipe A variation of an old Weight Watchers' recipe
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (I like using red and green for colour)
    1 1/2 cups chopped celery
    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    2 cups chopped or sliced carrots
    2 cups canned tomatoes with liquid
    4 boullion cubes (any flavour) + 4 cups water
    OR
    4 cups low sodium broth (any flavour)
    Any assorted vegetables of your choice (I like corn and cauliflower)

Directions

Simmer all of the ingredients together until the vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
