Introduction

Great in a crockpot or on the stovetop. Great in a crockpot or on the stovetop.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 onion, diced
    2 cups frozen corn
    1 can great northern beans, undrained
    1 can black beans, undrained
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can diced tomatoes - Mexican style, undrained
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cans chicken broth

Tips

You can add sour cream and cheese as a topping, dip in tortilla chips or crumble them in - delicious, just don't forget to add those calories as they're not included in the recipe.


Directions

Chop the onion and cook in skillet until soft. Add to pot or crockpot, along with all remaining ingredients.
Stovetop - simmer on medium to low heat for 45 minutes.
Crockpot - cook on low heat 6 hours
