    1/2 head green cabbage,1 lb.lean ground beef,1 cup diced green peppers,1 cup diced celery,1 large onion,diced,1 28oz.can diced tomatoes,1 14 oz.can tomato sauce,1 cup un-cooked brown rice,any herbs you want to add in.


Brown ground beef,onions,celery and green peppers,drain off fat.Shred cabbage and layer in sprayed 9x13" casserole dish,1/2 of the cabbage,then 1/2 the meat mixture.Mix the rice with 1/2 of the tomatoes and tomato sauce,pour over meat mixture,add the rest of the shredded cabbage,next the rest of the meat mixtue and then the rest of the tomato and tomato sauce mixture.Bake ,covered in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 2 hours.
