    egg plant, grated in cheese grater or ground in food processer.
    3 egg whites
    1/4 cup milled flax seed
    garlic
    onion powder and flakes
    basil
    dash salt
    oregano

Directions

spread mixed ingredients 1/8 inch thick on pizza stones sprayed lightly with olive oil.
cook 35 minutes then move to highest rack and finish for 10 more minutes.
