    1 bunch kale
    2 finely shredded carrots
    1/4c currants or chopped raisins
    1/4c pumpkin seeds (toasted)
    1/4c sunflower seeds (toasted)

    Dressing:
    2 tsp lemon zest
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp fresh lime juice
    4 tsp olive oil
    4 tsp Agave
    Salt to taste

    Add light amount of dressing to salad and toss.
