    1- loaf of Rhodes white bread dough
    1-lb of shredded colby jack cheese
    1/2 - jar of pizza sauce.


You can add any toppings to this that you like or keep it simply like my kids do and just have the cheese.


Unthaw the dough in the frig over night. Flour the surface your working on. Lay the dough on the flour and roll out to fit a large cookie sheet. Spray the cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Lay the rolled out dough onto the cookie sheet making sure the dough reaches the edge of the cookie sheet. Spread half a jar of the pizza sauce on to the pizza dough and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 17-20 min.

Serving Size: 12 slices per pizza 4X4 in pieces
