    Cauldron Organic Original Tofu, 150 grams
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp


1. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree them until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. Thin with extra lemon juice or water if it needs to be smoother.
