    3 large bananas
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375. Mash bananas. Stir in sugar,egg, and applesauce. Stir the dry ingredients together. Mix into wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Put in large muffin tins or make two batches of mini muffins. Bake large muffins for 18-20 minutes. Bake mini muffins for 15 minutes.
