    Non-Stick Sray
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp.
    Garlic, 1 tsp.
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large
    Basmati Rice, 1/2 cup (Cooked)
    Sunsweet Ones, Prunes (1 prune), 2 serving
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp.
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp.


Preheat Broiler
Beat the eggs until frothy, add onion,cooked rice, prunes, cheese, and thyme
Spray nonstick spray in skillet, add egg mixture
cook until underside is set, 10-12 min
Place frittata under broiler until top is set and light crust forms 1 to 1 1/2 min
Cut into 4 wedges

Serving Size: 1/4 frittata equals 1 serving
