    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion
    3 celery stalks
    1 med green bell pepper
    4 tsp mrs. dash (original)
    6 8 oz hunts tomato sauce no salt added


1.) chop the onions, celery, green bell peppers as small as you are comfortable with.

2.) put meat and chopped veggies, in a pan and start browning all together. once the meat is fully browned all the way the veggies will be done too.

3.) then drain the meat and veggies and try get all the grease out of it, clean the grease out of the pan. and then put the meat and veggies back in the pan.

4.) then put all the tomato sauce into the pan and wait for it to boil, stirring occasionally over med heat.

when done put it over your spaghetti noodles....its yummy
