    2 T Flax seed
    2 T. Nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds)
    2 cloves garlic
    1.5 T Nutritional Yeast
    1 t sea salt
    1/4 C olive oil
    I C water
    1/2 peeled lemon
    2 T honey


Put all in a high speed blender and serve, if too thick add more water. Cashews can be replaced with almonds or walnuts.
