    Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup, 9 serving
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Coconut Oil, .33 cup
    Honey, .25 cup
    Vanilla 1 tsp



Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients with the diced apple.
Place the honey & coconut oil in a small bowl & heat in the microwave.
Once melted, add the eggs and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients & stir until just combined.
Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with coconut oil spray, and scoop the mixture in.
Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes, or until the tops begin to turn golden brown and feel slightly firm/springy to the touch.
Let cool, & enjoy!
