Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef (sauteed)
    1/2 large onion Chopped
    1 small zucchini chopped
    2 cloves garlic (minced)
    Three cans chili beans (with juice) (15 oz ea)
    3 T Chili Powder
    1 T Oregano
    1 Can Crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
    cayenne pepper (to taste)
    pepper sauce (to taste)
    salt & black pepper (to taste)

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker on simmer for at least 6 hours. The longer the better.

Serving Size: makes 7 1.5 C servings
