    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
    1 cup cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese
    1 12 oz. can of corn, drained
    Pam cooking spray


Spray 13x9x2 pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. mix dry ingredients. Then, add wet ingredients to dry. Pour in pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
