Ingredients

    * 1 lb. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    * Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread 1 slice, grated into crumbs
    * Egg Beaters, 1.4 cup
    * Fat free half and half, 1/4 cup
    * Garlic, 1 clove, pressed
    * Salt, 1/2 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    * Classico Traditional Basil Pesto, 2 tbsp

Directions

Heat oven to 375*F.

In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended. Mix in breadcrumbs, egg beaters, pesto, cream, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Spread into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake in the middle of the oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until instant read thermometer reads 170*F.

Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
