    Low fat cream cheese, .5 cup (remove)
    *chobani fat free greek yogurt plain 8 oz,227 grams, 1 serving (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 4 oz (remove)
    Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 filet, 4.8 oz., 4 serving (remove)
    *Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce, 24 tsp (remove)
    *Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Blue Cheese or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing, .25 cup (remove)

Directions
