Ingredients

    Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin, 16 oz
    *Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz
    Ground Chicken, raw 16 oz
    *fresh onion, 0.5 cup
    *Pepper - Green pepper - chopped - raw, 1 cup
    Tomato, ripe, raw, per slice, 16 oz
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
    *Bread Crumbs Panko, 0.5 cup
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Paprika

Tips

You can bake all of the loaves, or you can bake one and freeze two. This freezes well before or a fter baking. Best to freeze in vacuum sealed bag or double ziploc freezer bags.

You can use all chicken or turkey for a lower calorie count as well.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it is moist but still firm. If needed, you can add some water to add some extra moisture or add a few more bread crumbs if it's too moist, you can also add corn meal or a lower fat/soduim cracker crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350. Split mixture into thirds. Shape mixture into loaves. Bake approximately 1 hour until juices run clear. Allow to rest 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut each loaf into 4 pieces.
