Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 Green Bell Pepper, strips
    1 Red Bell Pepper, strips
    1 Medium Onion, strips
    8 oz Portabello Mushrooms, sliced
    1 Medium Tomato, sliced
    1 package Lowry's Taco Seasoning
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp olive oil
    10 Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch

Directions

1. Chop and slice all vegetables
2. Add olive oil, water, and taco seasoning to large sauce pan and heat over medium to high flame
3. Add peppers, onion, tomato, and mushrooms to sauce pan.
4. Cook for 15 minutes or until onions are transparent and mushrooms are brown. Cover
5. Warm Tortillas

Makes 10 tacos
