Introduction

This is a recipe that I pulled off facebook and it just looked so good I had to try it. Even with not using low fat cream cheese this is so low cal it's great! Ingredients

    4c. Vegetable Broth
    2 cans diced tomatoes (14oz ea)
    1 block cream cheese
    4 cups spinach
    1 bag of tortellini

Directions

Couldn't be easier! Mix ingredients together in the crock pot and cook on low 5-6 hours! I chose to add the Tortellini about half way through so it wasn't bloated.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings

    Incredible!
    AMAZING, I tried this one (as seen on Facebook) and its a new family favorite. The changes I made were Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than reg crm cheese), I have made it with Veg broth, chicken broth and beef broth-whatever I had on the shelf. Love spinach so I doubled. Alway taste great!!! - 1/22/15

    This was really good. Definitely a keeper.I used low fat cream cheese and some Italian seasoning. Cooked on low 3.5 hours. - 9/22/14
