Ingredients

    1 (17.6 oz) package gluten free potato gnocchi
    2 cups Heart Smart Prego spaghetti sauce
    1/2 cup shredded vegan mozzarella
    2 tbsp vegan grated parmesan

Tips

Add veggies or your own tomato sauce to add other flavors to this dish!


Directions

Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking dish with non-stick olive oil cooking spray. Add drained gnocchi to baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until sauce is hot and bubbling and cheese is melted.
