Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 cup onion chopped
    2 celery stalks sliced
    1 clove garlic
    4 oz small shrimp
    2 small eggs scrambled and fried
    1 T sesame oil

Directions

In a non stick pan - saute onion,garlic and celery in sesame oil til slightly tender. fry egg with non stick spray separatly or cook in microwave and chop up . Next add shrimp to vegtables cook till warm do not over cook. Add rice cook till warm and slightly taoasted a few min on medium high heat. Last add eggs toss together serve. if you need a little more flavor add more garlic or if you enjoy a little spice crushed red pepper will do the trick.
