    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
    Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese 2%, 1 oz
    Ground beef, lean, 1.5 oz
    Crushed Red Pepper (to taste)


preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking dish with pam. In a bowl mix bisquick and milk tell full blended. Add the remaining incrdients to cooking dish, pour bisquick/milk mix on top. Place in oven and cook for 40 mins.
