Ingredients

    1 oz of Cream Cheese
    1 large egg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 tbsp Almond Flour
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    .5 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

One the microwave is done over turn the dish onto a paper towel. The "muffin" will slide right out. Allow to cool for 5 mins.

I like to slice it in half to get two thinner pieces. Then I'll pop it in the toaster oven to crisp it up. Spread on some butter and YUMMO!!!!


Directions

Mix all ingreadients in a smaller round Pyrex glass dish. Pop in microwave for 90 seconds and thats it.
