4 ingredient chunky soup or chowder. 4 ingredient chunky soup or chowder.

    1 package ground chicken/turkey/extra lean ground beef (approximately 600 grams/0.600 kg or close to 1 1/2 pounds)

    1/2 medium onion - chopped

    Olive Oil

    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup + 1/2 can of water

    1 head of cabbage core removed and chopped into chunks

    Clubhouse Tex Mex Seasoning Spice


In the bottom of a heavy pot add olive oil and chopped onions. Saute for a couple of minutes or until onions are softened.

Add ground chicken.

Season with Tex Mex spice.

Scramble fry the ground meat until cooked through.

Add 1 can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/2 a can of water.

Stir until mixed.

Add cabbage.

Cover pot and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer for 1 hour or until cabbage is soft.

Stir and serve.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1 cup servings

    I just made this. It tastes really good. I did not have tex mex seasoning, so I used a packet of the taco seasoning. I will definitely make this again. - 10/29/17
